This is an agreement between you and Swift Heap LLC ("we" or "us") concerning the Paper Pickaxe service (the "Service") and the Paper Pickaxe Pro service. 2. Description of Service

Paper Pickaxe is a service that generates Papercraft Documents for creating three-dimensional paper models for Minecraft structures. The service is subject to restrictions we consider reasonable, including without limitation lack of availability due to maintenance or technical difficulties, limits on document generation time, file size, network traffic, and request rate, and CAPTCHA challenges intended to limit access to direct human interaction with the website.

3. Relation to Minecraft

You agree not to obtain, store, use, or distribute any Papercraft Documents generated by Paper Pickaxe or any derivative works, unless and until you have purchased a copy of the desktop version of Minecraft. You agree not to knowingly assist any individual in obtaining, using, storing, or distributing any Papercraft Documents generated by Paper Pickaxe or any derivative works unless and until that individual has purchased a copy of the desktop version of Minecraft.

4. Your Content

In using our website, you may provide us with certain Content, including without limitation Minecraft schematics, images, text, and messages. We agree that you have sole ownership of your content. As such, you are legally responsible for all of your Content. However, you agree to grant Swift Heap LLC and its affiliates, representatives and assigns a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, store, prepare derivative works, and otherwise use your Content.

5. Payment

To process your payment, Paper Pickaxe uses Stripe. You must agree with Stripe's terms and conditions before paying for the Service.

6. Subscription and Cancellation

Paper Pickaxe Pro is a subscription-based service. You may cancel our Service at any time using the web interface. However, we do not charge on a prorated basis. If you cancel our Service, we will not issue a refund, regardless of the amount of time remaining in the subscription.

In addition, we may cancel the Service at any time and for any reason. If we cancel the Service, we will refund any payment or payments for the applicable time period in a timely manner, either in full or on a prorated basis at our discretion.

7. Representations and Warranties

Paper Pickaxe Pro is provided "as is". We make no representations or warranties as to the merchantability of our Service or fitness for any particular purpose. We specifically disclaim all express or implied warranties not stated within this agreement. Notwithstanding any provision of these Terms, if your jurisdiction has provisions specific to waiver or liability that conflict with the above, then our liability is limited to the greatest extent allowable under applicable law.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Swift Heap LLC from all claims resulting from any third party for infringement of copyright or invasion of privacy related to your content.
